Wadworth’s Spread Eagle Inn in Stourton is seeking a confident Supervisor to lead our hospitality team. You’ll drive excellent customer service, oversee day-to-day pub operations and help maintain the welcoming atmosphere guests expect from a high‑quality country inn.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is essential.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable customer experiences.

• Supervising shifts and helping ensure smooth service across all areas of the business.

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and service are maintained at all times.

We're looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to help lead our team and support the day-to-day operation of the pub. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting team performance and helping to create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back.
