Job summary

Go-Outdoors is seeking a Supervisor to support the shop floor operations and uphold high service standards for customers. You will guide colleagues on every shift, monitor presentation, and assist with daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership approach to maintain brand-aligned store operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect.
