Job summary

JD Sports in Reading is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor, model high service standards, and guide colleagues during each shift. You will support Store Management and ensure presentation and customer care meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

Role Overview
