Job summary

JD Group in Inverness is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the shop floor, lead shifts, and maintain high service standards. You will guide colleagues, ensure presentation aligns with brand, and help with daily tasks under Store Management direction.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, strong communication, and a passion for retail with keen product knowledge. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect.
