Job summary

JD Sports in Coatbridge is seeking a Shop Supervisor to help run daily shop floor operations and deliver high service standards. You will lead by example, guide colleagues on shifts, and support store presentation and performance while assisting with daily tasks as directed by Store Management.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, strong communication, and a passion for retail.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to demonstrate company values.
• Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, fast-moving store environment.
• Confident problem solver with strong customer-resolution skills.
• Interest in visual merchandising and product presentation.
