Job summary

C Café Rouge in Penrith is seeking a motivated Supervisor/Keyholder to help run shifts, open and close the restaurant, and lead the front- and back-of-house team.

You will deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment, build rapport with colleagues, and ensure smooth service with the Management Team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding guest service.
• Proven ability to lead a team during busy services.
• Excellent communication with teammates and managers.
• Able to manage opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and securely close the building.
• Help prepare for service and run shifts with the Management Team.

As aKeyholder/Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Be responsible for opening and securely closing the building
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members,both back and front of house.
