Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Odiham is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and lead a team across our historic inn in Odiham. You will promote a warm, welcoming environment and ensure guests enjoy a consistently high standard of service at all times.

The role rewards leadership with opportunities for growth within our hospitality group, a supportive team culture, and a comprehensive induction program designed to maintain our tradition of quality and personal touch.
