Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a Supervisor to lead a front‑of‑house team and deliver warm, personal service across our pub and hotel. You will motivate staff, maintain service standards, and support ongoing training while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
