Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences, opening and closing duties, and cash handling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and play a key role in safeguarding smooth shift operations.

• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
