Job summary

Marston’s in Cardiff is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a busy, friendly team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll help the pub run smoothly during busy periods, with scope to grow into more responsibility through our career paths.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to think on the spot and use initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Open and close the pub, stock management and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and guest engagement.
• Ensure shifts run smoothly when management is not on site.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
