Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a busy pub team. You will motivate staff, ensure excellent guest experiences, and work with management to keep operations running smoothly and profitably.

With a focus on customer service, you’ll balance open and close duties, stock, and cashing up while staying lively and engaging in a fast-paced environment. The role offers genuine progression opportunities within the Marston’s network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Ability to manage shifts and ensure smooth running of operations.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
