Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our team. You’ll lead the pub team, deliver memorable guest moments, and work in a busy, rewarding environment with a clear path to progression through our internal DNA framework.

You’ll have the chance to develop through apprenticeship programmes and enjoy benefits while supporting a lively, people-first culture at our award-winning local pub.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role is preferred.
• Support pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open/close duties, stock checks and cashing up.
• Role model for customer service excellence.
• Think on your feet and show initiative.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts when the wider management team is away.

Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy.You’ll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions. You’ll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly – fun!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
