Job summary

Marston's PLC in Lutterworth is seeking a Supervisor to support the team in delivering great guest experiences. This part-time role offers flexible hours, reliability, and the chance to develop within a busy pub environment.

You will lead shifts, open/close, manage cashing up, and work with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations, while enjoying staff discounts and career progression opportunities at Marston's.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Confidence handling opening/closing duties and cashing up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver moments of joy for guests.
• Collaborate with pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Open and close the pub, manage stock and cash handling.
• Be a role model for customer service and initiative during shifts.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts when senior staff are away.

You’ll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand‑out occasions. You’ll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly - fun!

As Supervisor you’ll:

• Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests.
• You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.
• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Be responsible for opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
