Job summary

Marston's PLC in Liverpool is seeking a Supervisor to join our busy team at Vikings Landing. You’ll support the team to deliver everyday moments of joy for guests, balancing a fast-paced environment with a fun, friendly atmosphere.

You’ll be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring great service, and helping drive smooth daily operations. The role offers flexible/part-time hours with reliable scheduling and opportunities for progression within Marston's Rewards and development programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Oversee opening/closing, stock, and cashing up.
• Ensure efficient, profitable operations with the wider pub team.
• Provide a role model for customer service and initiative.

We're on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

Right at the heart of the pub - creating moments of joy. You'll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions. You'll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly - fun!

As Supervisor you'll:

• Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you'll share moments of joy with our team and guests.
• You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.
• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
