Job summary

Marston's Grandstand pubs in London are seeking a capable Supervisor to lead shifts and support the pub team. You will work with the management group to ensure a profitable, guest‑focused operation, opening/closing, stocking, and cash handling while maintaining service standards.

As a role model for customer service with quick thinking and initiative, you will sustain smooth operations when senior managers are away. Marston's offers internal progression and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
