Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our pub management team in Norwich. You will step up when the General Manager isn’t around, leading from the front to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive team performance.

You’ll support the GM in achieving KPIs, motivate the team on every shift, and be accountable for operations when deputising. If you have like-for-like Assistant/Deputy Manager experience in a branded environment, this is your next step.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in a like-for-like/branded pub environment.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Strong customer service focus and team motivation skills.
