Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs and help create memorable guest experiences. No prior hospitality experience is required, as we offer internal DNA training and app-based learning to quickly build your skills.

You’ll start by mastering orders, service, and upselling while supporting the team and enjoying flexible, reliable hours. Whether you are starting out or looking to broaden your career in pubs, hotels, or support centres, we provide clear career pathways,

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bar and Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. Whether you're an expert now or you're just starting out, we're here to help you become your absolute best. We'll give you the skills you need via our internal career pathway (DNA) including access to our innovative app-based training.
