Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a proactive Sous Chef in Chippenham to be second in command in our kitchen. You will support the Head Chef, run the line during service, and mentor the team to maintain high food and service standards.

With the internal career pathway and progression opportunities, you could advance toward Head Chef. We value personality and commitment and offer a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
• Assist Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
• Accountable for running the line during service.
• Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team and develop their skills.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and service.
