Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day social housing repairs and maintenance across Wandsworth and other London locations.

You will manage maintenance operatives, ensure repairs are completed safely and to a high standard, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance operatives or tradespeople.
• Strong Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work knowledge.
• CSCS or SSSTS qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel across London.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within

social housing repairs and maintenance, with strong technical knowledge and proven team management skills.

You will also have:

• Experience supervising maintenance operatives or tradespeople.
• A good understanding of Health & Safety and Safe Systems of Work.
• Relevant qualifications, such as CSCS or SSSTS.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• A
