Job summary

Marston's PLC is hiring a Bartender to join our pub team. You must be 18+ to serve alcohol. You will be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving, and upselling food and drinks while delivering brilliant customer service.

Flexible/part-time hours and progression opportunities are provided in a supportive, lively environment. From £12.71 per hour for 30 hours per week, with reliable hours and potential for advancement as you gain skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Hospitality experience welcome or new to hospitality, training provided.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role.

Responsibilities

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
