Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run shifts, lead from the front, and coach a fast-paced team in a busy kitchen. You’ll be confident directing and supporting staff to deliver outstanding food quality, quick service, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll own your shift, drive performance across people, product and guest experience, and ensure high standards of food safety and HACCP while maintaining a positive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mindset and role modelling.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in hitting performance goals and driving results.

We’re on the lookout for passionate Shift Supervisors who are ready to run our shiftsand lead from the front. You’ll be a confident running great shifts, directing and coaching your team and working in a fast‑paced, fresh food environment. What you’ll bring to the table:

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable)
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands‑on and support your team at all times

• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
• The ability to stay calm, organised, and focused in a busy environment
