Job summary

Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is seeking a proactive Shift Supervisor to run busy shifts, coach a growing team, and uphold Popeyes’ high standards for food quality, speed, and guest experience. You’ll own your shift, lead pre-shift briefings, and motivate colleagues to perform at their best in a fast-paced environment.

In return you’ll receive an hourly rate from £12.75 to £13.25 with a premium as Duty Manager, an attractive bonus scheme, flexible schedules, free meals on shift, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced environment (QSR or fast casual dining preferable).
• A lead-from-the-front mindset — you’re hands-on and support your team at all times.
• Passion for people — you know great results come from great teams.
• Confidence in managing standards, compliance, and food safety.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
