Job description

The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor is Maple's first-line operational supervisor, responsible for coordinating and assuring cleaning service delivery across an allocated portfolio of client sites. The role provides the operational link between the Managing Director, cleaning teams and client/building representatives.

The postholder is responsible for ensuring scheduled cleaning is delivered to the required standard; staff are supported, trained and supervised; absence and cover are coordinated; clients receive responsive operational support; stock, equipment and compliance requirements are controlled; and operational activity is appropriately evidenced through JobLogic and Maple's supporting systems.

Core principle: The Supervisor is accountable not simply for whether a cleaner attends, but for ensuring Maple delivers the service it has committed to deliver.
