Job summary

The Fox & Pelican, a Fuller’s community pub, is seeking a Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams across busy service periods. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure smooth service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. This role rewards proactive leadership and strong hospitality focus.

You’ll mentor new staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven culture that prioritizes fresh food, great wine, and memorable guest experiences at Fuller’s pubs and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication with guests and staff.
• Willingness to train new team members.
