Job summary

Fuller’s is seeking a Supervisor for our Fareham pub. You will lead a front-of-house team to deliver great guest experiences, training new staff and maintaining high service standards.

A hands-on leader with a positive attitude helps keep spirits high and ensures smooth daily operations across the dining and bar areas. We offer induction and ongoing training, flexible pay options via Wagestream, and access to staff benefits including food discounts and a healthcare plan.

Qualifications
