Job summary

Savers Inverness is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support store operations and lead by example. You’ll work across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends with flexible shifts, and you will coach teammates to deliver great service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, love developing others, and are passionate about our product range. You’ll be part of a friendly team focused on community connection and in-store excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to coach and develop others.
• Passionate about the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Manager to coach and develop the team.
• Maximise opportunities and deliver exemplary results.
• Be a visible leader in-store and connected with the local community.

Shift pattern:Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
