Job summary

Savers in Winsford is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a team in our store. This role offers 16 hours per week with a flexible pattern across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

As a Supervisor you’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coach your team to deliver great results, and be ready to roll up your sleeves to maximise opportunities. You’ll be part of a community-focused retail team, with strong progression potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and train new staff.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exemplary results.
• Support Store and Assistant Manager to maximise opportunities and deliver great service.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
