Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Hedge End is seeking a Supervisor for a part-time role, 15 hours per week, at £14.00 per hour. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications focus on retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for health and wellness. You’ll work to drive sales, stock availability, and keep operations compliant.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
