Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Cheltenham is seeking a Supervisory team member to lead store operations and coach colleagues. You will drive customer experiences, support the Store Manager, and help deliver store goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role focuses on developing product knowledge, managing daily store performance, and ensuring compliant, efficient store operations while fostering a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Passion for health and wellness with willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and store operations.

What you'll be doing
