Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a busy team and deliver great guest experiences at the heart of the pub environment. You’ll inspire colleagues, manage opening and closing, stock, cashing up, and ensure smooth shifts when the senior team is away.

You’ll bring proven Supervisor/Team Leader experience, a knack for thinking on your feet, and a passion for hospitality. The role offers flexible and part-time hours, development opportunities, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up responsibilities.
• Ability to think on the spot and use initiative.
• Accountable for smooth running of shifts when senior team is away.

• Work with pub management to run the business efficiently and profitably.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures, stock, and cashing up are completed correctly.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

As Supervisor you’ll:

Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountablefor the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
