Job summary

Cock Inn (91810) in Norwich is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team and deliver the everyday moments of joy in a fast-paced pub environment. You’ll open and close shifts, help manage stock, and model outstanding customer service to ensure guests keep coming back for more.

You'll work with the pub management team to run the business smoothly and profitably, while benefiting from a genuine career pathway within Marston’s, including opportunities to progress to Assistant Manager and beyond.

Qualifications

• High level of leadership and people-manging abilities.
• Proven experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pub team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Open and close shifts, stock management, and cashing up.
• Ensure smooth running of shifts and support from management when away.

We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team!

Right at the heart of the pub – creating moments of joy.You’ll be there supporting the team to deliver the everyday moments and those stand-out occasions. You’ll thrive from an environment that is busy, varied, fast paced but most importantly – fun!

As Supervisor you’ll:Have a natural talent for leading and motivating others, you’ll share moments of joy with our team and guests. You and the pub team will pride yourselves on delivering an experience that gets our guests coming back for more.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up
• Be a role model for customer service
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
