Job summary

Urban Leisure Group is seeking a warm, confident, and experienced Supervisor to join the opening team at Always Gladice in Brent Cross, London. You’ll work closely with managers and the venue team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services and ensure every guest has a memorable, joyful experience.

ULG is a collective of 9 venues across London, each with its own unique personality. We are a growing, diverse group, dedicated to creating great neighbourhood spaces and supporting our people, our community, and our world. We are looking for a warm, confident and experienced Supervisor to join the opening team at Always Gladice. You’ll work closely with your managers and venue team to deliver smooth, enjoyable services and be committed to ensuring that our everyone who comes through the door has a memorable, joyful experience.
