Job summary

Super 8 Restaurants in London is seeking a friendly Front of House professional to deliver warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You’ll manage the door, handle reservations, and respond promptly with a personal touch, using SevenRooms to coordinate with the floor team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to guest enquiries promptly, accurately, and with a personal touch.


• Using systems such as SevenRooms to manage bookings and coordinate with the floor team.


• Supporting the team to deliver consistently excellent hospitality in a lively, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll bring:

• A friendly, engaging presence with a genuine love for hospitality.


• Proven experience in a busy, high-energy restaurant setting.


• Familiarity with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms (or the confidence to learn quickly).


• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.


• A passion for the London food scene, and fresh seasonal produce.


• Full UK right to work documentation.
