Job summary

Savers in Salford is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our team. You’ll work 20 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.50 per hour. You will work alongside Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team, delivering strong results while engaging with the local community.

• 1+ years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store and assistant manager to drive results.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver exemplary store performance.
• Get involved hands-on to maximise opportunities and cover shifts as needed.
