Job summary

Fuller’s Cams Mill in Fareham is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead front-of-house during busy service periods. You’ll keep spirits high, guide team members and ensure guests receive excellent, timely service across our pub and restaurant areas.

You will also play a key role in training, supporting new staff and maintaining high standards. Fuller’s offers a supportive environment with progression, paid tips, and flexible benefits through Wagestream.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a hospitality team on shift.
