Savers in Derby is seeking a part-time Supervisor to join our store team. This 16-hour-per-week role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with an hourly rate of £13.50.

You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, lead by example, coach colleagues and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. We value people-focused leadership, community connections and a clear progression path.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• You love to develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.
