Job summary

Savers in Yeovil is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support the store leadership team and ensure excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

You'll coach colleagues, drive opportunities, and contribute to a positive, community-focused store culture. This role is perfect for someone who loves retail and people development, with flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Desire to develop your own skills and help others grow.
• Passion for the products Savers sells.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
• Support store and assistant manager to maximise opportunities and performance.
• Lead by example, maintaining Savers’ standards and policies.
• Build positive relationships with customers and the local community.

Shift pattern: Part-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £13.50 per hour
