Job summary

Savers Health and Beauty in Bishop Auckland is recruiting a part-time Supervisor to join the team. You will work 16 hours per week with potential additional hours, supporting store operations and coaching colleagues in a busy retail environment.

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with senior managers to drive sales, customer satisfaction and community engagement while wearing Savers uniform. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Ability to develop others and coach a team.
• Passionate about products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver strong store results.
• Assist store and assistant manager in daily operations.
• Engage with the local community and customers to provide excellent service.

Salary: £13.50 - £13.65 per hour
