Job summary

Savers in Corringham is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. This part-time role offers 16 hours per week with the potential for extra hours, supporting the Store and Assistant Manager to coach the team and maximise opportunities while maintaining Savers standards.

You will engage with customers, help develop colleagues, and contribute to a friendly shopping environment. The role suits someone with retail experience who loves product ranges and community connections.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience required.
• Ability to develop others and coach a team.
• Passion for products sold and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Manager to lead and coach the team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and store standards.
• Support in closing shifts and weekend coverage as needed.
