Job summary

Savers, based in Woking, is hiring a part-time Supervisor to join our store team. The role is 20 hours per week with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Salary is £13.65 per hour, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed.

You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching the team to deliver exemplary results while staying true to Savers’ values and serving customers in the local community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Willingness to develop skills to train others.
• Passion for Savers products and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Help store and assistant manager coach the team to deliver great results.
• Be ready to step in and maximise opportunities while in Savers uniform.
