Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking an energetic Shop Supervisor to support the smooth running of the shop floor, uphold brand standards, and deliver the high level of service our customers expect.

You will lead colleagues on shift, assist with opening and closing procedures, till operations, and ensure product presentation reflects current trends and promotions. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a proactive approach in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills enabling guidance on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail for service, presentation and store operations.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.
