Job summary

JD Sports Fashion PLC is seeking a capable Supervisor to help run the shop floor, support colleagues across shifts, and uphold the high service and presentation standards customers expect. You will assist with daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and till operations, while promoting brand values on the shop floor.

The role focuses on leading by example, resolving customer queries, and ensuring merchandise is well presented and aligned with store targets.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Strong interest in retail, solid product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote company values and behaviours.

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You play an active role in supporting colleagues throughout each shift, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation and store performance. You’ll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
