Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Dover is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a busy team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, coach colleagues, manage stock and visuals, and help customers find the right wellness products.

The role requires experience in retail or customer service, strong communication, organisation and the ability to lead with confidence in a fast-paced environment. A passion for health and wellness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership capability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using digital tools to support store operations.
• Passion for health and wellness and willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and sound decision-making in a busy environment.
