Job summary

Holland & Barrett in London is seeking a Supervisor for a permanent, part-time role at 20 hours per week, at £15.09 per hour. You will mentor the team, deliver outstanding store experiences, and guide customers to the right wellness products.

The role focuses on coaching, stock, visuals, planning, and compliant, safe operations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment. Successful candidates will have retail experience and a passion for health and wellness.

What you'll be doing

• Lead by example, supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues, helping them build confidence, product knowledge and deliver their best every day.
• Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, visual merchandising and operational excellence across the store.
• Support commercial performance through effective planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and customers enjoy every visit.

What you'll bring

• Experience in retail or customer service, with the confidence to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a busy retail environment.
• Confidence using digital tools and technology to support customers and day-to-day store operations.
