Job summary

GO Outdoors is seeking a Supervisor to help run the shop floor, lead a team during each shift, and maintain high service standards. You will guide colleagues, ensure visual and operational excellence, and support daily tasks from opening to till operations.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, effective product placement, and a hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Has prior supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication skills to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• High attention to detail; maintain service, presentation and store operations to high standards.
• Passion for retail with strong product/trend awareness and alignment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring team presentation meets expected standards.
• Support sales performance by monitoring service levels, using in-store devices to offer the full product range, and assisting with effective product placement.
• Maintain strong visual and operational standards by keeping the shop floor clean, organised, and aligned with brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and supporting accurate till operations.

Role Overview As a Supervisor, you play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and delivering the high service standards our customers expect. You lead by example, guide colleagues during each shift, and help maintain strong levels of customer service, presentation, and store performance. You'll also support daily operational tasks as directed by Store Management.
