Job summary

BLACK SHEEP COFFEE LTD is seeking a Supervisor for early shifts at our Westminster store to lead daily operations and ensure top service with a positive team culture.

You will manage stock, safety, and training, while delivering great coffee and customer experiences. Applicants need Mon-Sun flexibility and prior supervisory experience; 40-hour week; pay £13.35–£13.85 per hour including a weekly 50p bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or retail.
• Flexibility to work Mon-Sun and early shifts.
• Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and drive service excellence.
• Train and mentor team on workflow, service standards and company values.
• Manage stock ordering, wastage, and inventory to support store targets.
• Maintain compliance and safety standards and ensure clean, fully functional coffee station.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages; showcase latte art.

What you’ll be doing

As a supervisor you will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the store, keeping operations running smoothly and driving service excellence. Using your customer-oriented positive attitude to lead your team to success.

• Teach others about efficient workflow, great customer service and company values
• Manage sales expectations, keep wastage low and assist with stock ordering and inventory
• Proactively maintain all compliance standards. Ensure a clean, safe, fully operational coffee station
• Make outstanding coffee products. Show off your latte art, get creative and the team will follow!
