Job summary

The Vintry in City of London is hiring a Supervisor to lead daily guest service, guide a busy team, and uphold Fuller’s standards of hospitality. You’ll ensure smooth service, training for new staff, and a welcoming atmosphere in a vibrant city bar.

As a hands-on supervisor, you’ll foster teamwork, maintain high service levels, and contribute to a positive, guest-centered environment across shifts.
