Job summary

TLG Infrastructure are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our civil engineering team on a busy project involving drainage and earthworks. You will supervise daily activities and ensure high standards of safety and quality.

Lead and motivate site teams, organise labour, plant and materials, and work from drawings to deliver on time and to specification. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills and a valid CSCS card.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Groundworks Foreman on civil engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of drainage, earthworks, and groundworks operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid CSCS card (Supervisor/Manager level preferred).
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• First Aid at Work certificate (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
