Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead civils or drainage works and to run site gangs across projects in the South of England.

You will maintain safety standards, ensure site compliance and coordinate operations, while holding required certifications (Street Works Supervisor/Operative, Confined Space, EUSR Modules 1–5). A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential; standby duties may apply.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising civils or drainage works, including managing site teams ('running gangs')
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements and site compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Essential certifications: Street Works (Operative or Supervisor), Confined Space, EUSR (Modules 1–5)
• Desirable: SSSTS, IOSH, or knowledge of CDM regulations

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as requiredAs part of this role, you will be required to go on the out of hours standby rota.
