Job summary

Savers in Alton is seeking a capable Supervisor to join the team. You will work 16 hours per week with flexible morning/afternoon/evening shifts and potential for more hours. Earn £13.50 per hour while supporting the store alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to deliver strong results.

You’ll guide and develop staff, connect with customers, and help create a friendly, efficient shopping environment. The role emphasizes inclusion and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to develop your own skills to enhance others.
• Passionate about the products we sell.

Responsibilities

• No two days are the same as you support and coach your team to deliver exemplary results.
• SUPs are well known in-store and connect with the local community, inspiring customers and colleagues alike.
